best means to lose weight quickly is your head. This is the only way to become permanently slim. Here you will find three uncomplicated rules for a healthy diet. Become slim with little willpower, stay slim permanently without yo-yo effect or calorie counting, and without bad feelings, that is possible.
If you can implement just one of these three tips, it will already have a massive positive impact. Just one strategy can completely solve your diet problem if you stick to it.
Rule 1: Buy only healthy food and always order the healthiest food in restaurantsThis
sounds very strict. You can make it a little more playful by saying,
“Ok, I get to buy 1 unhealthy product, and I get to order 1 unhealthy dish/drink. This is then not so restrictive, but you have the fun of choosing. You are not busy thinking: “Oh, this is all so great and I’m not allowed to eat this…”
but play:
“Oh! This is all so great and delicious, what should I choose?
“You
can prepare yourself mentally for
“Buy only healthy food
“
and
“Always order the healthiest in the restaurant”
.
You can say to yourself in advance
,
“Okay, I’m going to see a lot of crap, but I’m still not going to take it.
” “Okay, right now in the restaurant, the others will say that I should treat myself to this and that, but unhealthy things are actually bad for me.
” “I’ll stay strong. And then I will be proud of myself. “
You only need willpower for the duration of the shopping or restaurant visit. The rest of the week you can take it easy, because: If you get it right – nothing unhealthy at home, nothing unhealthy in the restaurant – then you can’t do anything wrong in terms of nutrition.
2nd rule: Eat only 8 hours a dayThis
is
called intermittent fasting and has many health benefits. (But not suitable for children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, chronically ill people!) It detoxifies, and without expensive juice cures. You just have to give up anything with calories for 16 hours a day (can start with a shorter window).
In fact, intermittent fasting is relatively easy to implement, especially if you’re not the breakfast king anyway. Within those 16 hours, after all, you’re sleeping, and early in the morning your willpower is still “fresh.”
What is the best fat killer? A low insulin level. If no food comes in for 16 hours, insulin levels stay down.
Some people also find this type of fasting less stressful compared to a normal diet. One does not have to eat evenly still fast besides what in the morning. You may also find that you are very productive when your body doesn’t have to constantly digest something.
However, this is not so easy to do: Consume more than 2000 calories within 8 hours!
3rd rule: Drink mainly water and nothing with sugar in itLet

been drinking half a bottle of fruit nectar a day up to now and sipping a coffee drink with syrup and cookie pieces in it every afternoon, then these n

Drinks don’t make you full. So in terms of feeling full, you won’t be missing anything.
What drinks are left?
Water, black coffee, coffee with unsweetened almond milk, tea, zero drinks (not directly healthy, but still much healthier than soft drinks with sugar in them).
There are great recipes for sugar free drinks! Even creamy and sweet ones can be found there!
So this rule is not really a sacrifice, but rather a change.
As a quick fix, you can also just trickle erythritol into your coffee instead of sugar.
Alcohol needs to be looked at even more skeptically than sugar. Tip: Always buy the smallest size – if at all – wine in 0.25 bottles, for example, and beer in 0.33 cans. Then there is nothing to use up.
Conclusion: The best way to lose weight is to have a brain with clear rules.

What is the best way to lose weight? Look at your psyche!
For most adults, this critical mind – inner child relationship looks like fighting the inner child. One struggles with
- procrastination (healthy eating, I might tackle that when…)
- the unhealthy cravings of the inner child (water just doesn’t taste good to me!)
- and with one’s fears (What will the others say if I don’t drink? Or even: If I don’t get this right again, then I’m a failure, I’d better not do it).
This fight against the inner child requires willpower and is exhausting.
When diets fail, it is always because of a lack of willpower in the long run.
This does not mean that you are a bad person who can’t get anything done! If you lack willpower, then you either haven’t trained it enough, or you have a life that generally requires a lot of willpower. If you don’t have a good relationship with your inner child, then you need a lot of willpower for your goals.
Many adults hope to be saved by other adults or by products:
- The special drink powder, the best means of losing weight from the pharmacy, will fix it.
- The girlfriend or boyfriend is pushed into the role of a mother: “Please honey, you have to support me there to lose weight and kick my butt”. Like mom used to do homework….
Your inner child can help! It wants you to adopt it yourself, to stop saying: inner child? In my subconscious?! What a nonsense!
Yes, in fact, your own childhood is still stored in you, your subconscious is still the child you once were (some call the inner child a swine). This child wants to have fun and have its needs met immediately. It loves fast food temples for that reason, in such fast food restaurants there are “happiness dishes”.
Maybe you learned as a child, delicious food is a reward?
The inner child also finds food comforting. Drinking on mom’s arm was once synonymous with love, closeness, comfort and security. That was a long time ago, but such a wonderful experience is not forgotten by the subconscious. (Smoking also soothes, which is why many people gain weight when they stop smoking).
“The good news is, you can teach the inner child new things, after all.”
Your inner child needs a strong and reliable adult who understands it, has fun together with it, and who gives it support with rules. Who knows and respects: Not everything that is fun is good for me.
What can a good relationship with the inner child look like?
If you no longer deny it, then you are already further along than many others. You can just admit: Yes, inside me, there is this unreasonable (and fearful) part that wants to have fun. And it is strong. It’s strong in every human being.
For example, the inner child believes, “Well, I’m the fat one.”
Then you should take it aside and say, “You, I think we’ve both had enough of this state. Let’s try something new. Namely, the belief: I like food best that tastes good and is healthy. We’ll just see where that takes us. It doesn’t matter whether it takes a quarter of a year or half a year. What do you say? Come on, let’s see what recipes are out there.”
What kid wouldn’t become a friend there? What exactly you “say” is not that important. First and foremost, it’s about giving yourself attention and time. An investment that pays off!

One more thing: Beliefs like “I urgently need to lose weight” are dangerous!
This thinking keeps you overweight, because overweight, is the very definition of “I urgently need to lose weight”. Thoughts come true. So it’s a good idea to take a closer look at them.
If the “I really need to lose weight” mindset does work, there’s no getting out of it. Someone who believes “I absolutely have to lose weight!” rock-solidly and implements it very successfully, earning a lot of positive feedback, may not notice when the corresponding behavior has to end again.
So rather choose an affirmation like “I have a healthy weight and treat my body with care.
t respect.” Or for starters, “I admit that a healthy weight is possible for me, too. “
